They might not wash your car, or give you bottled water or shuttle service, but you'll get your car repaired in a timely fashion for a fair price.  Really you can't ask for more.

I have my older BMW serviced by these guys.  Adam and Bogie are great - excellent mechanics and very honest.  The place isn't cheap, but you get much better service than a dealer would provide.  They get a ton of repeat business, which is always a good thing, too.  The second or third time you call, Adam will remember you and the entire history of your car.
